Q1- What is the estimated time of delivery?

The estimated delivery time is around 7-10 business days. However, it may vary depending on the city.

Q2- What payment options are available at your store?

We accept both online as well as cash on delivery payments. However, Shipping charges of INR 99 will be applied on all modes of payment.

Q3- Till when can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Q4- How can I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, the tracking ID will be sent on the provided email ID/ phone number via the delivery partners.

Q5- What is your return/exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange the purchase that is unused and undamaged, retaining the original tags within 5 days from the date of delivery for a different size.

Only if the received product turns out to be damaged, it is eligible for a return/replacement.

Q6- Is size customization available?

Yes, we do provide size and length alterations. You can mention the customization details in the ‘instructions box’ while placing your order. However, please note that customized items are not available for exchange/return.
