STORE POLICY

Shipping Policy-

• All orders are shipped using standard surface shipping. Orders are
  usually delivered between 7-10 days of placing the order. The shipping
  time for customized orders would however be longer and we would keep you
  posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These
  delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics
  partners.
• A flat fee of INR 99 is charged for shipping on all domestic
  orders. All displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and
  duties.

Exchange and Return Policy

• Any item can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery for a different
  size. We do not offer a pick-up facility; hence the customer is requested
  to ship back the product the company address in its original packaging
  with all the tags intact.
• The exchange item is shipped after the initial product is received
  and has gone under the quality check protocol. This process can take up to
  10-12 business days.
•  The brand has the right to reject an exchange request in case
  any discrepancy is found or the product fails to pass the quality check.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept Exchange or Return on customized or
  Sale items.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

As a company policy we
do not provide refund on any product sold.

Refund is offered only
in the case of damaged goods. In order to initiate a refund, the customer needs
to send us clear pictures or videos of the damaged product/products delivered,
within 5 days of delivery with the following information: 

 
      – Order number

 
      – Delivery address

 Customer must
self-ship the product to the company address.

·       
All refunds will be
directly transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of reaching
to our customer care team.
