Exchange & Return Policy

We offer exchanges on size-related issues within 5 days of delivery. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Customers must self-ship the product to our company address in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • The exchanged item will be shipped only after we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check process, which may take up to 10-12 business days.
  • We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet our quality standards or if any discrepancy is found.
  • Customized products and sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds on any product sold.
  • A refund is only applicable for damaged goods. In such cases, customers must:
    • Send clear images or videos of the damaged product within 5 days of delivery.
    • Provide the following details:
      • Order number
      • Delivery address
    • Self-ship the product to our company address.
  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited directly to your bank account.
  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
