Product return and refund policy –

• Any item can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery for a different size. We do not offer a pick-up facility; hence the customer is requested to ship back the product to the company address in its original packaging with all the tags intact.
• The exchange item is shipped after the initial product is received and has gone under the quality check protocol. This process can take up to 10-12 business days.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept Exchange or Return on customized or Sale items.
• As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
• Refund is offered only in the case of damaged goods. In order to initiate a refund, kindly checkout the refund policy.

Wash Care Instructions –

• Dyed fabrics tend to develop an authentic aged look when washed.
• Dry Clean Only, especially the embellished garments.
• Don’t dry the garment in direct sunlight.
• Do not iron on embellishments. Always iron on low heat.
• Do not bleach.
